How we list
Details as listed
Every product page shows colours, size or specification, materials, packaging and care notes, so you know what you are ordering before you ask.
Pack sizes in plain view
Each price states exactly what it covers — “Price is for 4 mugs” — and multi-unit packs show the approximate price per piece.
Customisation, spelled out
Customisable items carry a badge and a note on what can be added for bulk orders. Where a product is not customisable, we say so.
One code, one product
Each item carries a product code. Quote it on a re‑order and the same listing comes back, so orders and enquiries stay unambiguous.

Pick your products
Browse the shop, choose a colour or variant and add listed packs to your cart. For bulk or custom work, tell us the product codes and quantities.
Pay online or request a quote
Retail orders are paid online at checkout. Customised orders start with an enquiry so we can confirm artwork, quantity and a quotation.
We confirm
We check stock, confirm the total and delivery or collection, and reply with the next steps for your order reference.
Common questions
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for retail — order a single listed pack if that’s all you need. Customised and private-label work may be subject to production minimums, which we confirm when we quote.
How do I pay?
Online payment at checkout is unavailable for now. Once payment succeeds we confirm your order and delivery or collection arrangements by email or phone.
Can I add my logo or artwork?
Most products can be customised for bulk orders — look for the “Customisable” badge and read the customisation note on the product page. Use the bulk & custom enquiry form and we will confirm what is possible and quote it. Complex artwork may need a revised quotation.
Can I collect instead of paying for delivery?
Yes — choose “Collect from Kuala Lumpur office” at checkout if you’re in the Klang Valley. Delivery is also available across Malaysia, with the charge confirmed alongside your order total.
What do the care notes mean?
Each product page includes the care or customisation note exactly as listed — for example “hand wash recommended” or “dishwasher suitability depends on print method”. If something isn’t stated, ask us before ordering.
